How do I know if your personal training services are for me?
You won't know until you meet us! And we won't know until we meet you! We would love to sit down and have a complimentary initial consultation which will also involve an easy workout if you're up for it. However, do note we expect you to be as committed to us as we will be to you. Therefore if you do not think that you can commit to at least 10 weeks of improving your health and your fitness, we advise that you look somewhere else.
